Location very close to everything in Sellin. Proximity to supermarket and laundry.
Misunderstanding with bedsheeting and towels. Travelled with 3 but got only 2 sets. We were originally assuming there was a washing mashine but had to use laundry nearby. Only small things in an overall very enjoyable place.

Man hatte wirklich jeden Komfort. Alles in allem toll.

The upstairs apartment allowed for a rooftop terrace which was lovely. The kitchen was very modern with all necessary appliances. There is a large bathroom with tub and separate shower and an attached sauna. Conveniently located near the steam train, grocery stores and the south beach. Communication with the owners was very clear and helpful. Of note: Resort fee includes bus passes!
I wouldn't stay at this location with large children. There was only a single bedroom and couch. The sleeping accommodations for my 2 children were a couch and a cushion bed which only worked b/c my daughter is small. This apartment is better suited to a couple or those with 1-2 smaller children.
