Everything

Location exceptional

Would have liked bedsheets and towels to have been changed during stay

Apartment was clean, kitchen had everything I needed: coffee machine, kettle, glasses, plates etc. small fridge and electric stove, washing machine. I didn't cook or did laundry, it was only 3 days stay 15-18 Sept. Washroom was spacious with good shower, some sewage smell, but I find it all over in the central town. Small bedroom with enough space to rest, two single beds attached, mattrace ok more on the sift side. Nothing luxury but ok to live for few days or weeks, and the price was affordable,. The host was welcoming and kind, I had no issues with communication. Wifi worked well. Very nice small pool on the rooftop, and was not busy at all during our stay, we spend few hours during hot day by ourselves by pool. On a first day AC was broken and host provided brand new floor portable air conditioner, which was cooling very well while outside was +35'C. The central AC was fixed after a day, as soon as required part arrived and technicians fixed it. Actually I was cold at night after AC was fixed, had to switch it off :) Overall I liked the location, very central but quieter at nights, for the right price I will return to this place if ever again in Seville.

The smell of sewage in washroom, but i believe it is the old city's problem. The furniture on the patio could be more comfortable and appealing, Extra thin blanket should be provided, just in case if someone gets cold. Keep it separate in sealed plastic, most people will not use it, but its good to have.

La posizione e l’appartamento

Host poco presente struttura in autogestione. Che per una vacanza di pochi giorni può anche andare bene ma non per un soggiorno di due settimane
