The property is beautiful! The grounds are perfectly manicured, the pools are spectacular and all the little spaces in between makes you feel like your are living in paradise.

This place was over the top! The suite we had was super comfortable and well equipped. It is a small very special boutique hotel a stones throw from the beach. We had a good evening of cocktails and dinner with our feet in the sand.
Nothing ... except we should have stayed longer!

at first, I needed someone who could speak english because I encountered problems with my cell phone not working.
The staff were very gracious and worked with me. There is a internet website where you can translate languages to communicate better. It saved the day! I'm just going to brush up on my spanish for next time.

We loved everything about our stay! The staff were very friendly and attentive. Rooms beautifully presented and cleaned. Lovely pool area and great location. A beautiful hotel!

Our room and the hotel is a beautifully unique gem right in the middle of Playa la Bonfil. The entire hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. While not expected, the staff speaks very little, to no English at all. So make sure you have a translation app handy when staying here. The room and facilities were wonderful and I would recommend to anyone to stay here. Bonfil is about 20-30 minutes from the main downtown of Acapulco.

It is a very nice hotel very clean, only 8 bedrooms and located on the beach.
They even brought in a doggie bed for our dog.

The staff were sooooo nice and responsive. I felt safe here. I feel the staff really trying to buck the tide of negativity that is overwhelming Acapulco. I think they are trying valiantly.
Unfortunately Acapulco has fallen on hard times. I was shocked after not having been there for 40
Years. Unfortunately this hotel is in a location that is really down on its luck. There was a bar open till 7 am playing loud music all night. Wow. Dirt streets and very dirty.
