Amazing location for the beach and town centre. Spotlessly clean, with good air on through out.

Sometimes the neighbours were noisy with the TV and the early morning deliveries to the new supermarket could be noisy also

Before our stay the host already contacted me on Whatsapp and was waiting for us at the square when we arrived by taxi from the airport. We got a quick tour of this nice appartment. The appartment was very clean with modern decoration. A nice kitchen which included a washingmachine and dishwasher. The appartment was fairly kid/baby proof for our 1,5yr old, not much dangerous stuff lying around. Three good sized bedrooms (only one on the pictures), Two with double beds and one with two single beds. The master bedroom had an ensuite bathroom with a big (rain) shower and toilet. The second bathroom has a bath/shower and toilet. The location is right in the center of Nerja on the main square. The building has a nice entrance and an elevator is present.
Two seperate beds in the 3rd bedroom were somewhat less comforable.

Great apartment with everything you could need and in a very central location.
The apartment could not be faulted the only slight downside was the underground car park. although this is a huge benefit, the drive through was very narrow especially if you are driving anything other than a small car.

very clean comfortable and spacious perfect for 5 adults.Near to shops and restaurants.No steps and hills to climb.

Location, space, security. Rainfall shower. Dual balconies, front and rear.
Detail and cleanliness. Sofa has a really bad odour to it. Kitchen cupboards doors need looking at. Kitchen has broken floor tile. Clothes airer left outside and dirty. Hanging light in kitchen very dusty on top. Outside rear balcony furniture damaged require repair or replacement. Hot water runs out early evening. Also budget €15 daily parking if with car.

Modern, well appointed and excellent facilities.
Repeat visit to these fabulous apartments in the centre of town. Host is excellent. Very responsive and welcoming.
