Great place to experience nature and the forest, very friendly and helpful hosts who even picked me up when my hike ended in the wrong place. My dog was also very welcome. The deer sausage slices and honey at breakfast were delicious. The village of Koprivnik is also an interesting place historically.
The kitchen could do with more knives.

Ganz wichtig:
Wenn man weiß worauf man sich einläßt und Natur und Abgeschiedenheit sucht, ist es die beste Unterkunft die man sich wünschen kann.
Wenn man pulsierendes Leben erwartet, ist man hier komplett falsch.
Matjas ist der beste und hilfsbereiteste Gastgeber den man sich wünschen kann. Darca war wegen eines Beinbruchs leider außer Gefecht gesetzt.
Und der Hund Don ist ein Engel auf vier Beinen.
Einfache naturnähe Einrichtung die zum gesamten Ambiente und zum Lebensmotto des Gastgebers passt. Es sind Kompromisse notwendig und man muß - wie gesagt - wissen worauf man sich einlässt.
Die Rubrik "nicht gefallen" ist eigentlich falsch. Besser wäre "was ist ungewöhnlich"..

Matjaž et son épouse Darka sont des hôtes très attentionnés. L'accueil à Koprivnik était fabuleux, avec plein de bons conseils dès notre arrivée pour découvrir la région de Kočevje. Les connaissances de Matjaž sur l'histoire culturelle et la biodiversité de la région nous ont permis de bien apprécier notre séjour. Les abords du village de Koprivnik sont riches en forêts anciennes, en réserves forestières intégrales, et en biodiversité en général ; un lieu passionnant pour les naturalistes et les forestiers.
En bonus, lors de notre séjour, nous avons eu la chance d'observer furtivement un jeune ours brun en bord de route, lorsque nous étions en auto vers Koprivnik !
