The first-floor appartment is lumineux (bright), spacious, comfortable, quite, safe and clean for a short-/long-day stay. There is a fully equpped kitchen and dining/living room/space to prepare and have your breakfast/lunch/dinner. There is also air-condition for hot summer days as well fiber-optic WiFi for connectivity!
Communication with the hoster/owner was excellent, very helpful and gentle!
The neighborhood is great and safe as you can access to everywhere on foot (Cathedral Of Notre Dame: 0.7 km, Louvre Museum: 0.8 km) or by means of transport; exactly at the Paris center, metro-station "Chatelet: 100m!". Note that there is a supermarket exactly in front of the appartment for everyday shopping.
Luggage store is provided for early arrival or late departure is provided upon request.
Many thanks (Merci!!) for the great hosting!!
Everything is really perfect! You feel comfortably like home! MERCI!!!
Note: There is no elevator to access the 1st floor while it is very easy and fast accessible through the stairs as well as the hoster is really very helpful during checkin/checkout!!! MERCI!!!

Great location, on a pedestrianised street, close to Metro (Chatelet - a big transport node), Notre Dame, Rive Gauche, Louvre.
Loved the exposed brick/concrete walls, the space was really large, even with 2 convertible couch beds (one for each of the kids). Great Air Con/Heat pumps.
The large windows did open all the way so even though you could not get onto the balconies we just sat right there and watched the action anyway. It was hot and world cup was on so plenty of action. The room is on the first floor - one level off ground, so great views.
Supermarket next door.
Great host contact via WhatsApp, and easy handing over keys and letting us store our bags after check out was fantastic.
Would love access out onto the balcony/window boxes area to be closer to the action.
