Second time in Gili T and surprised how great the stay at Villa Pine tree was! We are super thankful to the staff, they were amazing! Enjoyed every second there. And the restaurant is really good, breakfast amazing. 10/10

We enjoyed every moment of our stay here. The staff are just amazing, so welcoming and helpful, thanks, guys!! The property itself is a great value: the room and the bathroom were spacious and clean, all of the facilities were in good working condition, nothing really to complain about. We also liked the pool.

L’établissement est très propre, agréable et confortable. Les infrastructures sont magnifiques et l’hôtel propose un petit déjeuner et un service de restauration. Le personnel est super accueillant et serviable.

L’emplacement géographique est très éloigné du port et de toutes les commodités.

다들 정말정말 친절하고 한국말하시는 직원분이 계셔서 좀더 안심이 되었다. 그리고 한식을 먹을 수 있고, 조식도 맛있다.

Le personnel donne tout pour nous faire passer un super séjour. Mention spéciale pour Roniyy qui est une personne exceptionnelle! Petit déjeuner correct Piscine Les chambres sont très spacieuses et confortables, bien équipées avec tv, réfrigérateur, bureau et meuble de jardins sur terrasse. ménage quotidien Parfait en famille, on recommande à fond! un peu à l’écart pour ne pas entendre le bruit des bars. sur la seule piste traversière permettant d’aller voir le sunset.

prix des boissons en extra les vélos proposés à la location ne sont pas en super état mais pas cher, 30k. Il manque peut-être un fil à linge. A l’arrivée depuis le port, c’est un peu loin à pied avec des gros sacs, mieux vaut payer un taxi cheval.

We hebben het hier erg naar ons zin gehad. Het voelden als thuiskomen. Personeel erg vriendelijk, mooi zwembad, fijne ruime en schone kamers, goed ontbijt en rustig gelegen. Fantastisch hier!

The staff were amazing, very helpful and so friendly. It was quite quiet and the pool was nice.

The rooms were outdated, my friend had a stain on her sheets and in my room there was a large area with paint peeling off of the walls. It was also far out.

Tutto il personale era super amichevole, educati e molto professionali. Si sono presi cura di noi dal primo momento fino all’ultimo. Ti aiutano in qualsiasi cosa, per quanto riguarda le riserve di escursioni, la riserva di biciclette, le riserve di barche… Tutto. La colazione molto buona. Stanza abbastanza grande e accogliente. Se un giorno ritorno a Gili Trawangan, ritornerò sicuramente in questo alloggio. Consigliatissimo.

Clean property and very kind and interested staff. The rooms are spacious and we like the pool. Best part: we didn’t hear the mosque at night.

You need to bike to everything. Luckily, the island is small so you can get anywhere within 15 minutes.

The staff was sooooo nice. they take care of you as if you were a king. the welcome drink and the breakfast were very good.

there was a big moldy stain on the wall and the linens had yellow stains on them, but smelled fresh though. the location is a bit far from the harbour and the taxi ride with horses is quite expensive for a 10 minutes ride

Nice quiet location away from the hustle and bustle, but easy to ride push bikes to the main strip. Breakfast was good each morning. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The private villa was family friendly.

Super duper nice

This płace is like heaven on earth. Super quiet and mega to relax at the Pool! The ambiente there is great. Also we wanted to Thank Ronny for his kindness and taking care of all our wishes. Clean room and a big bathroom were also a big PRO.

It would be best if they have the maps for this island in the rooms with their location on it. So people can actually considered where the closest place to go. Cause tbh this place is quiet far from the center but its actually really close to the sunset point. If only I knew I wouldn't have to go around from the center to go to sunset point! Other than that this place is nice, the staff is amazing. Oh 1 more thing, I dont know if its how nasi goreng was made in lombok but what they served is too oily, the taste was good tho.

The hospitality & guest obsessed nature of the staff. I walked with my luggage to reach the property & was greeted with a smile, cool napkin & welcome drink...the entire tiredness went away. Ronniy & his team is so helpful & will always come to greet you, check if everything is fine. He even guided me on taking cycle from the harbour & the benefit of doing so...On leaving he ensured I am seated well on the cycle & loaded my luggage on its carrier...Hope to visit again

Our stay at Villa Pine Tree was all we wished for and more. At our arrival we were greeted with the warmest and smiliest welcome I’d ever received, as we checked in we’d been given a cold towel to cool down and complimentary orange juice. Ronny and his team made our whole stay feel very comfortable we felt part of the family. The room was impeccably clean and the pool was lovely, breakfast every day was also very good and cooked & served with a smile. Ronny’s customer service ethos echos through his team and really shines across, we couldn’t be happier with our stay, we will definitely be back.
