Cosa c'è di meglio del lungomare? Il nostro posto! Siamo direttamente dall'altra parte della strada rispetto alla spiaggia, in modo da ottenere la comodità della spiaggia senza i prezzi sulla spiaggia. Dal nostro condominio sei più breve a piedi dalla spiaggia di quanto saresti nei grandi resort con prezzi "fronte mare".
Vieni a rilassarti e senti la sabbia tra le dita dei piedi nella bellissima South Padre Island. Questo è il posto perfetto per allontanarsi da tutto. Ancora meglio, è la nostra posizione. Siamo direttamente dall'altra parte della strada rispetto alla spiaggia, e c'è un accesso alla spiaggia a pochi passi dal condominio. È come essere sulla spiaggia senza i prezzi! Non ci sono hotel intorno a noi, quindi la spiaggia non è così affollata e il quartiere è tranquillo.
Dopo una lunga giornata in spiaggia, puoi guardare un film sul nostro HDTV da 42 pollici e lettore Blu-Ray. I nostri condomini sono animali domestici e bambini. Sono anche fantastici per una vacanza romantica. Stai organizzando un fine settimana o una riunione per ragazze? Puoi affittare un intero piano o l'intero edificio e fare una vacanza privata!

Very clean, not really a beach view but definitely short walk to the beach. The only thing I would say that was negative was the 2nd bedroom TV was not user friendly and there was no instructions on how to use and couldn't figure out the remotes.

Excellent condo! The location of Athena Ares is perfect! The view is amazing, and the pool is spectacular! But what really sells this place are the amenities--all the little extras that make a huge difference when traveling. I was ecstatic that a clothes dryng rack was provided! We have found our home away from home!

SWe had an amazing getaway! The place was incredibly comfortable and spotless, and the host was incredible. It was right by the beach and super easy to get to all the shops and restaurants.We really enjoyed it a lot.We’re already looking forward to our next stay.

We stayed with our friends so there were 4 adults total.
Pros:
The location of the property is great considering it's not on the ocean. A very short block away. It was wonderful to have a full kitchen and we used it for breakfast and lunch. Another great thing was the freezer has an ice maker! The beds are very comfortable. It was beyond wonderful that beach chairs, beach towels, and beach umbrella were supplied. We used them daily!
The owners are very easy to get a hold of. And they want to fix any problem immediately. (But some issues have been on going and should have been fixed before we rented... the bathroom? )
Cons:
We knew it was dog friendly but....it was a bummer that at the time of our stay there was only 2 units being used and they put us rt above and below each other! So, we could hear their little yapper dog early early morning and late in the evenings barking. Not great sound barrier between floors. Also, the sheets had lots of dog hair on them. We had to have our sheets replaced, which they were happy to do. We couldn't enjoy our balcony because the group below us were smoking and we got all the smoke at us. Which was unfortunate because we were looking forward to our evenings and morning coffee outside. So with that being said, I recommend that you ask to be located away from other parties if the condo is not full . And to the owners please place people away from each other if possible. The other thing about the condo is the bathroom shower/tub doesn't drain! And I guess that is an on going problem at that complex. So it was kinda gross to take a shower with water up to your calf... they did have a plumber come fix that and sink. But it was still gross that we experienced it. And the pool is ok. Not very clean. Lots of Swimmer bugs.
So all in all, our stay was ok. For how strict their rules are and booking policies are, and damage fees are,I thought we would be staying in something nicer than it was! Things need to start being repaired and fixed prior to each rental being used. If we return to south padre, I think we would easily be able to find many rentals compared to this one. It wasn't a 5 star in our eyes. Just a cheaper rental that could use some fixings!
