Everything was communicated smoothly, however we never met in person. They were flexible regarding check in/out times. Free coffee capsules and tea was provided, but too many things did not match the description on booking.com!
The area of the apartment was 45m^2 according to booking.com, but it was maximum 30. The whole place was one room + a small bathroom. Basically we slept in the kitchen so we had to switch off the refrigerator for the night, since it was constantly pretty noisy. The mattress in the bed had squeaky springs and we could clearly hear everything that happened in the stairway. The TV was useless due to it's ridiculous placement and there was only one window without a view (it was an opaque arch at floor height).
Despite the description on booking.com there was no: soundproofing, washing machine, microwave or any kind of oven.
