Questo bellissimo condominio moderno è direttamente sulle spiagge di sabbia bianca del Golfo del Messico. La vista è incredibile. Tutta la spiaggia di sabbia bianca è un nastro d'acqua blu del teal circa 100 - 200 piedi larghi. Oltre a ciò, l'acqua si trasforma in un profondo colore blu scuro ricco. Ogni tanto vedrete che i delfini nuotano nell'area dell'acqua blu e sono creature graziose. Guardare il tramonto sul Golfo del Messico è una vera gioia. Camminare miglio su miglio di sabbia bianca in polvere.
Godetevi questo bellissimo studio condominio, che è direttamente sulla spiaggia ed è privato e tranquillo. C'è un balcone privato in cui è possibile leggere un libro o godersi un pasto cucinato proprio nel condominio. Nuotate nelle calde acque del Golfo o usate la piscina riscaldata privata se preferite.
Il nostro monolocale dispone di una cucina completamente attrezzata, con 2 fuochi a legna, frigorifero full size con congelatore e un forno a microonde. C'è un letto king size, divano letto estraibile e ottomana, TV a schermo piatto, lettore DVD e servizio internet. È ben arredata e super pulita. Il servizio di biancheria è incluso, ma è necessario portare il proprio teli da spiaggia.
C'è un carrello gratuito che ti porterà intorno all'isola di Anna Maria e le altre chiavi per vedere cose come gallerie d'arte, teatro dal vivo, ristoranti e boutique. Noleggiare un SEGWAY o un carrello da golf nelle vicinanze per divertimento. Pesci fuori un molo. Riposo e Relax.
Abbia un bicchiere di vino sul tuo balcone / patio privato e guarda il tramonto sul Golfo.

We loved staying right at the water! Beach wasn’t too crowded, but there was not a single attendant on the entire location, so people from other houses were using our very limited parking to come to the beach. We were told to have a pass showing but more times than none, we would be the only car with a pass and we would watch families leave the beach and get in there cars to go back to where they were staying. And the elevators didn’t work. I’m 34 weeks pregnant so walking to the 2nd floor multiple times a day wasn’t ideal. The unit also only had a hotel style air conditioning unit. So it stayed pretty hot until we bought a box fan. With these improvements, it’d be a great place for the price.

Positive Great room great view, Negative No elevator we did know this. People not staying at property parking in guest parking spots and no laundry advertised as having laundry.

We chose this place because of the location, the beach view & access, & we weren't disappointed. That was perfect! The Internet was down for most of our stay bc of earlier storms. It wasn't the host's fault, & they did the best they could to get it fixed, but the tech guy was slammed bc of island wide problems. He switched out the modem, but it only helped for a day - but we were leaving anyway. The only issue was that bc you have to use the net for everything now, restaurants, airline, etc, we overran our data plan a bit. The place itself is pretty tired & needs updating. The mattress is so worn out that it sank badly on each side. Also, the AC is loud & old, and blew directly onto one side of the bed. Neither could be moved. Again, not anything our hosts could do anything about. Our hosts were wonderful!!! When I mentioned that our place didn't have a cutting board or a decent knife, they brought brand new sets of each over the next day!
I wouldn't want to stay there for a long time, but for a few days, it was wonderful. The view & location were enough.

Although the unit itself inside was clean and appeared to be updated, the building and grounds were just old and in need of some serious updating. And we felt that the pool area etc should have been more secure.... anyone off the beach or street could come into the area..
Also, no washers and dryers on premises. And no oven ad ad stated. It is our own fault for staying that long. But really only suitable for a few days.
