The location is excellent, right in the heart of Menaggio, with everything within walking distance. The apartment has a beautiful interior and a lovely atmosphere. It is a convenient base for exploring Lake Como and the surrounding towns.
Unfortunately, the cleanliness and overall maintenance did not meet our expectations. Although the apartment looks beautiful at first glance, a closer look reveals signs of wear and areas that could be much better maintained and cleaned.
Considering the price of €660 for three nights, we expected a significantly higher standard of cleanliness and attention to detail. The apartment has great potential, but its current condition does not fully justify the price.

The hotel was beautiful and in the perfect location. The bed was comfortable. The host was amazing and gave us great recommendations when he came to collect the tourism tax. Overall very good experience
The AC stopped working on our 2nd day. I am confident the host would have fixed it if we had let him know during our stay but it wasn't a big deal

The property location was outstanding in the heart of the piazza with views of the lake from our balcony. The studio suite was totally updated including a large bathroom and modern shower. Very comfortable bed. The host was very welcoming and offered to help us throughout our stay.
Nothing. Everything was perfect.
