The pictures of the property truly didn’t do it justice, it was even more beautiful in person, with great facilities. The location is perfect, near the station and not far from the Nishiki market but distant enough that there’s peace and quiet during the night.
A big mention that the host was so lovely and I can’t thank them enough for being so accommodating to us and communicating consistently before and during our stay. It made staying in Kyoto for our first time even more special!

Check-in and check-out was very smooth & the location is great. We really enjoyed our stay at this property and we were happy to experience to stay in a traditional house. The facilities were great.
Would be great to have a space downstairs to hang the jackets.
