All of the staff were extremely friendly and happy to help with all of our needs. The Japanese food was amazingly delicious and perfectly prepared. We spent the mornings and evenings here, while touring Kanazawa during the daytime and it was a perfect three nights. The local town was also fun to walk around and visit, including some really great coffee shops. We had a very good massage in our room, which was also a very nice feature of the stay. We had private Onsen baths in our rooms which was the best way to go. We highly recommend!

Our friends like milk in their coffee, which was not available on the first day. However, the staff was very happy to organize things so that they had milk available for each of the following days.

Outstanding friendliness and support by the staff member attending to our wellbeing; spotlessly clean rooms; great view onto the the japanese garden; much appreciated and often used private indoor and outdoor hot springs bath; very tasty kaizeki ryori dinner and generous japanese breakfast.

No complaints whatsoever.
