If you want the BEST BREAKFAST in Serbia, stay here! And there is so much more. Nestled in farmland away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, this stay is a sanctuary for a peaceful break from Belgrade. It is set on the side of a hill overlooking farmland where flocks of sheep, rows of corn and a herd of deer pasture. The building we stayed in was solid and comfortable and we had the fluffiest towels I have ever come across in Serbia. Our hosts Sladana & Zvonko were lovely, and Zvonko shared very interesting stories of his family's history in Serbia that are well worth listening to. Sladana is the most wonderful cook and fed us well each morning. What an unexpected find was this place on Booking.com. Fabulous!

That we had to leave!

Sve mi se dopalo..lokacija, ljubaznost, tisina, smestaj, hrana.. sve

The food is excellent and home made. Very understanding cooks that exceeded our expectations for both vegetarians and non vegetarians. Location is remote in a quiet place in nature.

Location itself is not too far off the tarmac road but the short strip of the dirt road is difficult to cross with a non 4x4 vehicle due to a couple of steep slopes. The host was nice enough to transport us back and forth on the main day of the festival. I doubt our little Punto would handle that slope again without needing servicing.

Perfect place to stay and explore Despotovac region. Very friendly and helpful hosts and simply a magical place to stay, with a wonderful view od the surrounding countryside. You can also see (and pet) the deer the hosts are keeping at their property. Excellent and tasty (and plentiful) breakfast. We will definitely visit again.
