Great location, free parking just 2 mins from the building. The apartment was clean and comfortable, we had everything we needed. We would like to come here again for sure.

We really enjoyed our stay! The apartment is specious and really clean. We had nice view and I have to say we didn’t expect we would like it so much. The kitchen was equipped really good. All in all I would really recommend this apartment!

The penthouse top flat is top notch 👌 Very Good size balcony and fully equipped kitchen. Toilet and bedroom with lovely decor and storage space. Big free public parking nearby.

No lift, but the flat is worthy walking up the stairs .

The location is superb, along with the accommodation space. It was very clean on arrival and easy to keep clean. The Wi-Fi was decent and only went down once, whereupon Jesus turned out to fix it within 30 mins. The white goods are excellent, the shower and bathroom decent enough. We spent a month here with no issues at all, I would thoroughly recommend the property and have already booked again for next year.

Not an awful lot really, but I would say the plates, mugs etc are needing an update and we in fact bought a mug as there was only one decent one.

It is good location, near cafe, shops and most important free parking. Apartments was clean, looked like in photos. In the apartment we had free 2 bottles of water, coffee, tea and fruits.

There is no air-conditioning, we heard noise from neighbors in bedroom. The way to the only bathroom goes through the bedroom, it wasn't comfortable, because we lived with friends.

Very nice apartament, we found everything we needed. We recommend it!

I loved the apartment, really comfy for a familly. Big rooms and a lot of light in each room. Furniture was great and was equipped if you were to come with kids. Location amazing and suuuper clean. I would likely recommend this apartments to my friends.

Everything was great. If I have to say something I didn't like it was that they have an issue with the booking system and we have to change apartment for the 2nd night. Still was not much issue but having to pack and unpack twice is never nice. Am

Fantastic location, free parking at Muelle, huge apartment and beautiful, fully equiped kitchen, washing mashine, excellent WLan secure enough for homeoffice. The main window shows to the pedestrian area. I my case it did not matter, as I prefered to go out anyway and had my coffee at the harbour or eat in one of the restaurants near by. I also enjoyed to go for a short swim at the harbour / playa Muelle, about 2 minutes walking distance.

Unfortunately it was the apartment on the first floor, it had no balcony and no few to the sea. In the mornings and evening the waste collection vehicles came and emptied the central rubbish dump about 30 m away.

Not the best Actually only on cafeteria was really working at breakfast time and with limited menu for me.

Local and Nationalpolice could be much less stupid to say the least. I came by car near apt and policemen kept me there 2 hours not allowing to bring the laggage to the apt. Then called evacuator and I was compelled to pay 100 Euros. I am 78 year old and after serious hart operation. I told them. I have shown my reservation. I have complained to local an National police - useless. My personal opinion is that they are just total idiots. And if I will never eve go to Tenerife again that will be due to their active stupidity! I do not wish to be humiliated again!!!

This was the best stocked and furnished apartment I stayed in on Tenerife! The kitchen is just perfect, the rooms are very cozy and clean and I could work during the day in great comfort. The bed is also immensly comfortable! I used earplugs to drown out the love-making and throat-clearing of the neighbors and had the best sleep in a long time! ;) Totally recommended if you are aware of the downside and don't mind.

A central location comes with the downside of noise from the passing pedestrians and trash collection trucks (trash bins for the whole area are 5 meters from the house and it is a main pedestrian road. Can't imagine the noise without curfew and during normal days...). What is not visible on the pictures and unpleasant: The bedroom/bathroom are in the back of the building and connected to an inner air circulation shaft of approx. 3x2m. Which constantly smells like sewage. So airing out those rooms or having a slight breeze at night is impossible. Plus the windows don't keep any noise out and you are simply part of the nighttime and bathroom activities or your neighbors. 😅
