The Namkhan, a Small Luxury Hotel of the World

We loved this resort, it's a special gem! The staff was extremely helpful and kind The food was fresh and tasty, they grow vegetables in their gardens. Yoga lessons were great The rooms were beautiful.

Located slightly far from the city (20 minutes) Not too bad because there is a shuttle twice a day in the evenings but does require a taxi at other times

Breakfast is very little option. And the hotel is a little bit far from the city the road is so bad.

A true nature escape with some of the warmest and most attentive staff we’ve ever encountered. Every member of the team, from the front desk to the kitchen staff, provided such genuine, personalized care and made us feel incredibly welcome. The facilities are excellent, especially for families traveling with children. What really set this place apart, though, was the exceptional service. The staff remembered all of our names, our coffee orders, and even took the time to check in with our children each day. They were always proactive in offering help and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Having lived in Southeast Asia for 11 years and stayed at many hotels, I can honestly say this was some of the best customer service I’ve experienced. It made our stay truly memorable.

The glamping experience itself was very reasonably priced, and we really enjoyed our stay. However, the on-site extras were surprisingly expensive. The restaurant and even the items in the mini fridge were priced much higher than expected. For example, a soda water is 6 USD, a power bowl was 18 USD. Since the property is a little outside of town, it felt like there weren’t many alternative options, which made the prices harder to justify. We ended up just getting a Loca to the supermarket to offset it and getting takeaway to bring back on our excursions. There is a shuttle that can take you into town but it only operates in the evenings. The playground was a nice addition for families, but it could use a little more maintenance. There were quite a few wasps around the play area, which made it less enjoyable for the children.

Hotel nel mezzo della natura sulla rice del fiume. Molto bello. Ristorante e orto all’interno. Varie tipologie di alloggi tra cui l’explorer glamping glamping in cui ho soggiornato davvero nella natura con vista sul fiume e con bagno esterno in bamboo.

Ho soggiornato nell’explorer glamping e purtroppo con le basse temperature notturne la tenda è davvero troppo fredda e umida a differenza di quelle sulla riva del fiume che sono più coibentate. É stata Impossibile da scaldare. Peccato.
