Location was good

The property was not prepared for our arrival.. beds unmade, not cleaned since last guests, no towels, no toilet paper, multiple messages to property manager poorly responded to and no action apart from dumping a bag of sheets and towels In doorway the next day . Light switches not working and some falling off walls .. in a state of unsafe renovation .. not “ luxury” as advertised .

Great location, right in the city centre; Fantastic private sauna, very easy to use; Comfortable beds; Nice apartment on the whole

Cleanliness could have been better, the balcony clearly had not been cleaned at all (there was a can and a lot of crumbs on the floor); Lack of instructions on how to use electrics, felt a bit like being in an escape game (some lights and switches wouldn't work, the switch for one of the bedrooms was in the kitchen!); Not clear on the description that there was only one proper bathroom, the other bathroom is just a toilet; The main bathroom door and master bedroom doors are glass doors and don't fully close, so not great for privacy; Definitely would not recommend if more than 3 people are staying in the flat.

Great location to go eat , do shopping and etc. Easy to use train, tram, parking is near by.

it was a second time we been in the same flat, first time was great but now it wasn't really good. Flat wasn't clean, window in one room was broken so we couldn't close it.No kitchen towel, carpets are dirty plus with some potato chips and other dirt.

Location is perfect. Very close to the central railway station, and yet quiet.

Would be great to have glasses for wine available too.
