Free self-laundry facilities for guests. Proximity to tram line, shops and restaurants. Friendly staff. Cleanliness.

Toilet did not have a built in bidet/bidet spray, which is very important for Japanese, Muslim and guests used to using bidets for better personal hygiene. Hotel should seriously consider installing them as most higher end hotels and hotels in SEA, Japan and Korea already have them. With a built in bidet spray, this would be my perfect hotel in HK.

Close by to HKU station, very attentive and initiative staff. Free self service laundry. Big rooms (compared to HK standards). Highly recommend!

The air conditioning was noisy

I loved my stay. I was upgraded to a harbor view room which was a delightful surprise. The staff were very helpful, welcoming and friendly. I loved the gym and also the laundry facilities. The room was big and the bed comfortable. I will definitely return!

The windows were a bit grubby which was a shame as the view was wonderful. I was on a lower floor and traffic noise from the freeway below was somewhat intrusive.

Clean - comfortable and great staff - I actually left clothes in the wardrobe and they are hanging onto it for me

There was no where to smoke but on the street - felt like a vagabond

The king bed room was spacious, toilet was big and modern, the bed and the sitting area felt clean. Amenities generally was good. The bag handlers were friendly at the ground floor. Short walk from HKU station.

The lifts were really slow. The air conditioning was really loud. The concierge during check out had a hard time explaining the booking fees charged for holding as well as deduction. One of my payments are still waiting to be reversed till date.

The staff were very nice and friendly. They upgraded our room from urban king to harbour king. The room was very clean and the harbour view was amazing.

The location was a bit far.

7-8 min walk to HKU MRT station. Plenty of local restaurants around the area. Love the view from the room. Laundry room on site is a plus. It was nice to arrange two rooms interconnecting. Good value for money.

Sound proofing is a problem. Particularly late night when you can clearly hear the traffic noises by the window (and bed). Hotel has provided ear plugs which also indicates they are aware of the problem. Room facilities look pretty new but maintenance seems a bit challenging. The automatic curtain got jammed in my room. Hotel employee fixed it after I called. The air conditioner was a bit noisy in the other room too.

Beautiful harbor view- big windows and wellcome snack basket, really nice service and amenities. I extended for the whole stay of 10days. Definitely recommend
