Location was walkable from the Shinkansen as it is part of the JR group of hotels. Staff spoke good English & they had good storage facilities for luggage. Priced reasonably.
Room was small for 4 twin beds. No breakfast given in the price but there was Tully coffee very near that had western breakfast

Great location, close to the train and all tram lines as well as the bus terminal. Beds were comfortable, shower was super strong and room layout is well thought out. The view from both the room and the 12th floor lounge were really nice. The public bath is also very nice.

Can’t get a better location than this, literally ON the station. Onsen was very good, with a lot of room.
Because of the close proximity to the station you’re basically able to go anywhere via train or bus instantly and the station itself has Tully’s coffee and 7-eleven so you don’t have ti go far for a quick snack.

The property is located right with JR Hakodate Station. This made travel and eating choices very convenient. There was a table in the room, so I could bring back food.
Paper-thin walls. First, I had to listen to the neighbour’s bed rhythmically squeaking at 02:00. Then at 8:00, the TV was on loud enough that it could have been in my room.
The breakfast room reminded me of a school cafeteria, so I did not partake.
