Casa Vincke Hotel

It’s a bed and breakfast that feels like ypur own house, it’s very quiet and there’s plenty of space to relax. The room was spacious and quiet, there is a lift and it’s close to many restaurants. Very close to the main beach!

Nothing, maybe some details (like the shower) could be painted new.

This charming hotel offers lovely, relatively spacious rooms with excellent air conditioning. We especially enjoyed the breakfast everything was fresh, tasty, and well prepared. The host was very kind and helpful. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the beach, plenty of restaurants, and everything else Palamós has to offer. The hotel also has a beautifully maintained garden with a lovely pool. Private parking is available for an extra charge just a short walk from the hotel. It was extremely convenient for us and, in my opinion, a must-have when staying in the area.

The soundproofing in the bathroom could be better, as you may occasionally hear some noise from the adjacent room. However, this was only a minor issue and didn’t bother us during our stay.

This was our first time ever staying at a small hotel (almost bed and breakfast style). We were worried about privacy and freedom to come and go but it was a lovely place with wonderful staff. We only had breakfast one of the mornings but they made you feel welcome and were extremely friendly. It’s located within walking distance of the beach, restaurants and shops. They have a weekly outdoor market down the street which was fun to shop. Palomos is a wonderful town with beautiful people and culture. We were sad to leave and hope to be back.

Because it’s very old (historical)it has period furniture that was not easy to store our luggage or vanity items. Parking is hard to come by so book early and it’s about a block away (not uncommon in Spain)

Did not have an ambiance. Felt more like a serviced apartment rather than a boutique hotel. Poorly staffed The hotel is situated on an unattractive urban street.
