Breakfast was great. The usual quality hotel spread plus an omelette station where they were made to order. Lovely space for breakfast, next to the pool.

Almost nothing. Paying at the end took a while due to issues with the card machine but nothing major.

Perfect location to explore Skopelos Town. Pool and restaurant facilities were great. Breakfast every morning was extensive and delicious.

Plumbing issues in room. Had to be careful when showering because water would back up in bathroom through drain and flood. This was all from water going down drain in shower not from not closing shower curtain/door properly. Also several hooks for towels, etc were broken off. The room just needs some TLC.

Good location. Nice views of Skopelos town. Friendly and attendant staff. Very accessible parking. WiFi is strong. Breakfast buffet and seating were fantastic. Love the pool and bar area. Rooms are quiet and keep out the noise. Bed was comfortable. Kitchenette and vanity area were useful.

One thing I didn’t love was the shower. It was so small and the water gets everywhere. But I chose my room over the other suite because our bathroom actually has a door and is separate from the rest of the room. I will always choose a bathroom with a wall and solid door!

Great location (10 min walk to the town) with beautiful views and pool area. Very comfy sun beds and breakfast buffet was lovely. Staff were friendly and kindly returned a sarong I had left to me on our ferry ride back, thank you!

Unfortunately we were incredibly let down by a faulty and very old AC unit in our room (205). Upon arrival we told the manager about our issue with getting the AC working and how it would turn off every night at 3/4 AM, making us wake up in the night very hot as temperatures would get up to 28/30 degrees! Despite bringing it to the manager’s attention, nothing appeared to be rectified. On our last night, it completely stopped working which meant we got 0 sleep and were incredibly uncomfortable in the 28 degrees room! Due to this, we complained again to the manager who told us that their senior refused to give us any refund or compensation for the faulty AC despite the sleepless night we’d had. Not only this but the manager contradicted our complaint by telling us that “the hotel system shows us that the AC was working in your room”! Overall, the hotel is greatly let down by its AC and poor management of guest dissatisfaction. It not acceptable to advertise a premium hotel with the lack of such a basic amenity in the heat of summer. For this reason, I would not recommend the hotel to friends or family. For context, I have backpacked across Asia and have stayed in cheap hostels that have had 10X better AC than here!
