Warm and clean had everything we needed

Parking was a bit tight especially with all the larger vehicles

Warm welcome a very good stay. Everything is new and fresh, bed comfortable, very good shower, good facilities. Excellent value.

Relatively quiet.

Room was a bit dark. Heat pump in the wrong place. No arm chair. No earl grey tea. I locked myself out loading my car at 8am and relied on a passer by to help me call the emergency number.

Nice space and nice to have separate bedrooms. The shower was lovely and hot and the beds were very comfy.

We booked for 5 and the sofa bed was made up and comfy but there were only 4 of everything etc 4 chairs, 4 mugs, 4 small plates, would have been nice to have 5.

The owners really helped us out, with extending our stay for the same nightly rate, cleaned out room daily and were just really accommodating. Thanks we really appreciated it.

Would have loved a couch in the room but it was still very comfortable.

Had a lift to access room on second floor. Modern clean room with all the comforts.

Our room was on the road so was a little noisy but nothing to worry about.

The location is perfect . Reception also has soft drinks, etc, available for sale. Great range of quality complimentary toiletries.

Lacks good housekeeping. Found dead insects stuck on blinds. Inside windows require urgent cleaning inside window frames with spider webs and dead insects present. Also found cut toenail/ fingernails behind side pedestal when checking for power source If the housekeeping is improved asap, then Bealy Plaza gets top ratings.
