Very clean and convenient location with very friendly owners !
The street below was a bit loud and the windows weren’t fully close-able but there weren’t any bugs coming in

I booked two rooms, one of them had a fan and A/C, the other did not. The A/C worked well. One of the rooms came with coffee, tea and a kettle, the other did not. Free water was provided. The owner was a very pleasant man and helpful.
The rooms and venue looked a bit rundown. The room with the fan only was swelteringly hot. The owners dogs barked for half the night which disturbed sleep. It is also quite close to a major by-pass and traffic noise could be head all night. There was no sunbathing area. I don't know how it achieved a 9.7 Superb rating, maybe a long time ago.
