Self contained.
Access to free washing machine.
Close to Todji temple which is great for the market on the 21st of a month.
Well equipped kitchen for small self catering
Two separate bedrooms.
Authentic Japanese experience
Was a bit dark inside and rooms were small but that is also what made it authentic.

位置很近京都站，東寺，梅小路機關區。有單車供應鼠方便。自帶小庭園吸煙區也很好👍
夏天去都比較多蚊要留意一下

Neighbourhood is awesome. Convenience as its near station, shopping mall and living in an old Japanese house. Property is spacious.
Low ceiling. Owner might consider to put warning stickers on that beams going to the garden. I bump my head 2x and saw stars 🌟 . Provide anti mosquito spray/repellent during summer. Lots of mosquitoes that the moment we sat they went flying everywhere.
