Very clean. Amal the manager was lovely. Very helpful and kind. The location was good for sightseeing around the Golan Heights area. We enjoyed having the pool to cool down in after a day out and about. Pool was very clean. Good pressure in the shower. 2 A/C’s one in the bedroom and one in the lounge/kitchen area. The bed was comfortable enough but it’s quite a small double.
There is very limited equipment for cooking and I found the hotplate didn’t heat up very well. Also the fridge door seal seemed faulty and you have to be very careful to make sure you close the door properly. We had some meat in the fridge that spoilt over the day because the fridge door unsealed and didn’t stay cold enough.

המיקום טוב, קרוב לטבריה ולחוף גינוסר והצוות זמין וקשוב. יש מזגן וטלוויזיה בכל מקום אירוח והילדים נהנו מאוד. חשוב לציין שהמקום עצמו לא מפואר אלא מאוד סטנדרטי אז אין מה לצפות ליותר מכך. אם יש לכם כמשפחה אפשרות להיות בכל יחידות האירוח זה עדיף כי לא תמיד נחמד לשהות עם אנשים אחרים
היחידות קצת ישנות וזה ממש לא המקום לחולי ניקיון ובעלי סטנדרטים בשמים, הבריכה לצערי היתה קצת לא נקיה אבל מאמינה שאם היינו אומרים על זה משהו בעלת הבית היתה מטפלת.

Location, value, pool (even though it was not private and shared between units) we had more than enough time to relax on our own in the pool.
Mattresses left a lot to be desired. Couch in living room not very comfortable. Very tight for 8 people, but it worked.
We had a wonderful time all things considered.
