Excellent location! Beautiful house. Highly recommend!

I booked this property so I could have all of my Grandchildren in one spot at the same time. That required at least a 10 people sleeping capacity. Everyone doubled up and the 5 bedrooms worked fantastic.As beautiful as the pictures of the property are, the listing undersells the perks this place provides. We entered the property into a hugh well equiped kitchen. The place was spotless. The very next room was not even shown in the ad. Smaller than the kitchen, but still providing seating for 10, was a wet bar that included an ice machine that had no issues providing for our needs. The rest of the rooms were as dipicted in the ad including the fantastic view of the beach and the entire place was spotless. The location is pretty central to everything and its only a few blocks to the Boardwalk, Grocery and Putt Putt courses ect. If you are of interest, these places are within walking distance. While that sounds like a more crowded location, we found it to be very private. Its set between larger hotels far enough up and down the coast that we felt like we had our own private beach. We had a group of lifeguards that drove to our location for training/ applications, who knows, but they were quite fun to watch for an hour or so each morning.We spent hours and hours on the rear porch, catching sunrises and just enjoying each other. What a wonderful trip we had, and this location played a large part in creating that.Bill

We spent two long weekends here over the last 4 years — reunions for college friends. The house is beautiful and we had a wonderful stay both times. We will probably be back again in the future!

The house was right on the beach with million dollar views, as advertised. It was large and comfortable, well furnished, etc. The only complaint would be when we arrived the house clearly hadn’t been used in awhile and needed to be aired out, but after that it was just fine. The beach was steps away, and we had it pretty much to ourselves. We were there for golf, but I could see a family never leaving the house and spending all day in the sand and waves. Location was central to airport, golf and restaurants. Sitting on the deck watching the sun rise over the ocean every morning was worth every penny!
