Für die Fahrräder gibt es einen sehr guten Stellplatz. Die Unterkunft ist im turbulenten Arezzo wie eine kleine Oase.
Die Dachterrasse ist ein Traum. Das Frühstück mit sehr viel liebe gemacht. Die Besitzer sind zauberhaft.

Gentilezza e cortesia, attenzione all'ospite.
La colazione buonissima con ottimi prodotti fatti in casa! Valentino e Ferdinando perfetti padroni di casa!

Saubere und geräumige Zimmer.
Gute Ausstattung, Tresor, Kaffee/Teezubereitung im Zimmer. Wasser steht kostenfrei zur Verfügung.
Ruhige Terrasse, gepflegt und bequem.
Das komplette Haus ist mit Liebd eingerichtet, die Küche habe ich so umfangreich bestückt nur selten in einem B&B gesehen.
Nahe am Zentrum, wenige Minuten zu Fuß.
Frühstück außergewöhnlich:
Frische Früchte, guter Käse und Kaffee nach Wahl.
Selbstgemachter Joghurt, Porridge und verschiedene Kuchen.
Große Auswahl an Cerealien, Keksen und Milchprodukten.
Bei der Verpflegung wird großer Wert auf Qualität gelegt, Allergien und mögöiche Unvertäglichkeiten werden ebenso bedacht wie Nachhaltigkeit.
Den beiden aufmerksamen, freundlichen und netten Gastgeber gelingt es den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm zu gestalten.

Cudowne miejsce a przed wszystkim cudowni właściciele. Rewelacyjne śniadanie, wszystko było super. W pokojach wszystko przemyślane. Byłam w bardzo wielu hotelach ale takiej obsługi nie pamiętam od dawna. Cudowny pobyty, w 100% polecam

The hosts, Ferdinando and Valentino, make this a very special place to stay. My room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable, with an excellent shower. My room (the Sunflower room) was perfectly quiet. Breakfasts are delicious, the homemade yogurt is exceptional, and the terrace is a lovely place on a warm morning.
The centre of town is a short walk away, and the train station is very close.

Breakfast was great all natural foods! Fresh yogurt and cheeses and boiled eggs etc! The best coffee and fabulous cappuccino! Bed very comfortable. The hosts were spectacular!

It was super clean, the parking great. Owners so welcoming and attentive, breakfast fresh and amazing choice. The air conditioning, the terrace, the entrance area….really fantastic value and wonderful hosts and their attention to detail was 1st class

Everything in this B&B was amazing. Attitude of both owners is incredible. They were so attentive to every detail during the stay. Hand made yogurt, gluten free options, and all other breakfast offerings surprised us.

We had such an amazing stay here, it exceeded our expectations, thank you so much for a wonderful stay! Breakfast selection was lovely and a lot of it homemade. You can tell this place is their pride and joy, two very lovely guys who run it, who were always more than happy to help!

Staff is very friendly and knows quite good English. Breakfast is very healthy. The owner went out of his way when we couldnt find a parking space infront of the establishment. The room was clean and spacious.

Very good communication from owners. Very nice room. Spacious. Cute touches such as wine box and kettle and coffee machine.
The breakfast was fantastic. Homemade yoghurts. Granolas. Lots of nuts and seeds. Nice cheese. And of course homemade cake. Lots of Coffee and tea options too. Luggage storage was easy.
Small Toiletries in bathroom such as disposable shower caps would have been a bonus . But shower gel there was nice smelling.

We liked the position which is only 400 m from centre. We were lucky to find free parking only 20 m from the premises. New and modern rooms, very rich and healthy breakfast. We tried Ferdinando's homemade yoghurt, eggs picked at 5 o'clock in the morning, pecorino cheese and gluten free products.

The best breakfast I had in my trip. mr Ferdnand is a great guy and makes himself yogurts, Breads and he explains all we need to know… I strongly recommend for a short stay. The Kenedy is Mr Valentino that gave me all the support I needed like reservations etc. thanks.
there is no garage but you can easily stop in the street, so it is ok.

Breakfast was awesome. We got an upgrade as we were staying two nights. Mini studio apartment was wonderfully thought out. Hosts were warm and welcoming. 10 min walk to the city Centre - easy peasy.

everything! the exterior is very modest & the street quiet & unassuming, but what a find! run by a delightful couple, they have thought of everything you could possibly want. lovely quiet roof garden where they serve a wonderful breakfast. room very comfortable. wished we had stayed longer! few minutes walk from the sense of this beautiful Tuscan town too.
