Excellent Value!
Loved the ground coffee and cafetières - PERFECT!
Great location for a wedding reception at Rowheath Pavillion!
I liked the comfy squishy beds but if you don’t… you might not!
Parking is on the road - but we knew that from the details so expected it so was not a problem.

Good location short walk from station and close to supermarket.
Room on second floor and facing away from road so fairly quiet.
Disturbing that the room was not as private as expected - it had a utility cupboard with a washing machine in use by staff, when I arrived, delaying when I went out so I knew the room was locked.
The room's door lock was difficult to use, and seemed not to work properly, as it needed the code to be entered even to shut it on leaving, as well as on entry.
Reasonably clean though needs better clean e.g. some marks on sink and wall around it.
