It was a last-minute booking. Giorgi reacted right away, messaged me on WhatsApp. And like 10-15 minutes after booking the room, I checked in. The room itself is nice. I didn't check it much because I planned to stay there for a couple of nights. But it seemed ok, they was a tiny kitchen with all the necessary stuff to cook if needed. Not a super small fridge.
We had some issues with Wi-Fi speed at the beginning, but as before Giorgi reacted right away and fixed the problem.
* BTW Georgi offered me to upgrade the room for like extra six dollars, so I stayed in a different room.
There were sewage odour from the bathroom. So I had to let some air into a room all the time, otherwise, it was impossible to stay in.

everything worked correctly, room has a nice wifi, view and location. host is very nice person and always ready to answer your questions
spots of black mold or fungus in bathroom needs to be removed. balcony door should be fixed as well - it has little gaps when it’s closed, can be not very comfy during autumn or winter season, but ok for summer

nice position and walk diatance to supermarket and restaurant.

Although it was a small room, it was comfortable with everything I needed.
The view from balcony is very good.
The water pressure is high in the kitchen and bath room and hot water will come out immediately.
The firepower of the stove was weak and the types that could be cooked were limited and disappointed.
Insects were spilling because the previous user hadn’t cleaned the kitchen drawer cleanly.

The host was a wonderful person. The property location is awesome. Had a very nice holiday in Batumi.

The advertised name is not the name of the location.There is a Royal hotel so caused confusion with the taxi driver + cost me $$$.Serious construction next door has only just started so will be ongoing for the next year.The price has doubled since my stay so he is profiting from the war as the only people coming here now are refugees.You will have to pay to use the elevator if you use more than what is on the card.Front desk not very helpful.

The room is in very good condition.Water pressure is very good considering the size of the building.Smart TV so you can watch YouTube.Very comfortable chairs + mattress.Washing machine(must buy own detergent).Host very responsive.Many supermarkets nearby + Batumi football stadium.
The advertised name is not that of the building so I got off bus from border at wrong place + taxi driver was completely clueless because of this.Batteries in remote needed replacing.The place has a reputation of having thin walls.Place doesn't have gym or coffee shop.

Well, Gorgi, the host, was friendly and helpful enough. Location is good. Just few minutes walk to the sea and few more to the city center.
Facility is a bit poor maintained. The weather is terrible (Jk, it's not their fault).

Small and cozy apartment with very respectful owner. ( Georgei) . Less than 10 min walk to lot’s of supermarket and good restaurants. Less than 5 min walk to the nice and clean beach. Thanks
