Good location to Mrt. Nice gym and pool
Unfortunately, the rooms are very poorly soundproofed. You can hear a lot from the hallway and the neighbors.

The location was really good and had MRT station right out the front. It was easy to access the mall across the road by using the MRT station. There is a 7-11 attached to the hotel which is really convenient. It was clean and modern.
I didn’t use either but the gym and pool both looked good.
The breakfast buffet was good and varied.
The lifts were very temperamental. It got really frustrating at times and one of the lifts did end up out of service.
The sun-beds were very uncomfortable. I noticed a few had a mat on but others are just metal.

I loved the cleanliness and the convenience of the hotel. Overall, me and partner had a great stay here. We would definitely love to come back next year.
I just wish the hotel staff could speak or understand English, especially since they have a lot of foreign guests. We had a hard time making requests during our stay due to the language barrier.

The room was nice, but the view was on parking lots, although I was on the 3rd floor, so kept the curtains shut. The pool area was nice, although it felt a little bit ignored...
The noise. There was banging all day because there were ongoing works on site, and it wasn't mentioned at the time of the booking. Had I known, I would have booked elsewhere, as I really needed to rest from my travels. And they started playing elevator music at 5.45 am which woke me. Overall, a very bad experience for resting. You are given an email address to complain about the inconvenience, so you just get a poor apology by email.
