really good and clear instructions on how to access the property (no keys involved) and the host was very responsive to questions and queries. in an excellent location

Room wasn't very clean, carpet hadn't been hovered, bathroom ceiling paint was pealing off, black mould round shower and window... which I cleaned off, no hot water at sink, toilet cistern sometimes wouldn't fill, shower was dangerous to use as hot tap button was missing..
Very noisy with doors being slammed in the early hours.v
