It's probably very nice in summer. A spacious house with a roof terrace overlooking the sea, and a beautiful garden. They also have an outdoor barbecue area, and Sara was really nice and helpful.

It was very damp due to all the rain, cockroaches sought refuge in the bathroom, and when it rained heavily, the kitchen floor got a little flooded.

Modern and well-equipped vacation house with a huge and amazing garden area in the backyard. Even though it's next to a street, it's mostly very quiet at night. Within walking distance are a handful of restaurants (I didn't eat out, but they seem to be mostly well rated by visitors), 2 grocery stores (I liked the Mercearia Diamantino better, which is the one a bit farther down the street), 2 bus stops and of course the Mosteiros beach, and the natural swimming pools are basically just across the street. Also huge thanks to the host Sara and her colleague for always being available, nice and helpful. I'm definitely planning to come back when I'm on the island next time.

I really have nothing to complain here, so this is only nit-picking, but at times I was missing some stereo equipment or at least a little radio in the kitchen, and all the cooking pots were a bit too big for a single person. The bedframe is a bit outdated, but I still slept very comfortable.

Theresa is great host, waited long due our late arrival. The place is nice and clean with all the facilities needed. Beautiful garden!
