Such a beautiful property and location. Spotlessly clean and tidy. The bed, which is huge was very comfortable, very good quality bedding too. Lots of information of surrounding areas and places to visit. A perfect getaway.
Wouldnt stop us coming back but TV in bedroom could be bigger

Beautiful, spacious property in a breathtaking location. It was well equipped and spotlessly clean and well maintained. Comfortable and tastefully furnished.

The facilities were excellent! Host was lovely. Beautiful house in a beautiful location. The house was spacious and beautifully furnished with lots of attention to details. A 10 minute drive from keswick, and in a beautiful location surrounded by hills.

Everything was absolutely perfect!! The property was very veryyyy clean and organised, very well equipped with many board games, card games, and DVD’s. Dave was lovely as well as his labs who are extremely well behaved and trained and they made our stay even more amazing with wagging tails if you want to call them over for a pet or a game of fetch. Thank you for the wonderful welcome Dave, Ruby and Will :)
PS: Dogs are well trained and if you tell them to stay they won’t approach you. Dogs are also not allowed in the property at all
That our stay was so short and we had to return back home :(

Lots of space and light, very well equipped kitchen, dishwasher washing machine. Quiet location with lovely garden and hiking tracks at your doorstep.

First trip here and wow was amazing with lovely views and in peaceful location.It was very well equipped with everything you need.Lovely meal at Ivy House in village. Lots of pheasants in the rear garden to feed. It snowed when we were there adding a winter wonderland.

Amazing location surrounded by mountains all around. House was perfect for a couple, very spacious, fully equipped and very friendly owner with lovely dogs that don't bite.

Location and the property itself was exceptional. Huge yet warm and cosy.

The shower plug hole was blocked and the coffee machine leaked but this didn’t make a difference to how amazing the property is, things like that are expected.

Good communication, large house, very spacious and comfortable.
Fully supplied kitchen, utility and bathroom.
Log burner was ready and just needed to be lit on first night.

Minor thing: very firm mattress.
Nothing to do with house: Main access road towards the valley a bit narrow with oncoming traffic.
