Lovely room, huge bed, very comfortable. Comfy settee and chairs. Lovely balcony, with views over the garden and towards the mountains, although cloudy whilst we were there. Breakfast served in the garden, lunch and dinner served in the dining room, just for us, since we were the only guests present during our time there. All was delicious. Attentive host, gave us a tour of the farm, suggested other places of interest. Our driver stayed in a place nearby.

Nothing.

This is a fabulous property completely one with nature… rooms are a good size.. food was home cooked and delicious and the host Thandup was a great help in sorting all our travel mess ups. He also made sure my son got his gluten and dairy free meals. The property has a beautiful nature trail and we enjoyed exploring it. Special mention to the 4 legged friends… one of them even escorted us on our trail. We also had a gorgeous view of the Kanchenjunga (from our room) on 2 of the 3 mornings we were there..

Now this comment has nothin to do with the property per se … but in fact a mistake made by us when booking. We were under the impression that this property is in Pelling… but we only realised when we reached that it’s a good 1 1/2 hrs from Pelling. So to do the sights in Pelling we had to add another 3 hours (to and fro). So this is an ideal property to just chill.. do local monastery.. walk around the trails in the property and really get one with nature.

Breakfast was on order and we got what we wanted and when we wanted. There was a constant supply of farm grown fruits and tea in addition through the day at no charge

This is a cold place, the room heaters could have been better, we saw better results in hotels that had heaters with blowers instead of simple heaters, like in this case

1. Location 2. Friendly Behavior

The road that leads to the farm (very bumpy)
