comfortable, quiet, relatively close to town. quite like home.

Problems with the sewage at the bathroom sink, it barely flowed. Water pressure quite low. All the radiators at the location affected by moisture I think, had reddish spots all over the surface. Needs urgent replacement.

Nice, cosy chalet, reasonably priced. Some nice activities on the premise (midget golf, game machines)

Due to 'efficiency' there is no staff to contact. Only cleaners that do not speak Dutch nor English. The doors of the chalet open only through an app that many customers (neighbours for me) were unable to handle. I found it unclear as well.

Room was nice

The servise was so bad .reception was until 6pm,so for me it was unavailable. During this winter(-4 night ,day-2) heating stop working after 2hour after inactivity in room ,so you come back and in your room is 12 degrees Celsius. During night you need to wake up 2times to set the thermostat again,otherwise you have cooold room during the night . And answer by the reception is that they can do nothing about that . Also you have no key to room - you need to download an app and find out how it work. And even if you payed 112€ for cleaning fee that I,you are asked to broom the room , take the linen off from your bed before you leaving .they will not change your towels , broom your room , empty your bin act .. Reception answer through the AI bot .
