Fantastic location. You can reach most of Venice highlights withing 10-25 min walk. The apartment is simple but comfortable. Kitchenette and a fridge allow you to do your own breakfast and occasional meal - if you wish - enjoying a quiet moment or a glass of wine on the small balcony, Easy to get there - the Alilagunea blue line has a direct connection from the airport to Ospedale, from there it is just 5-6 min walk.

The property was amazing, it was great having a kitchen to use, and a patio for our morning coffee. The couch is stained but the apartment is clean. They left recommendations for restaurants and baggage holders if needed, and clear instructions for the garage disposal.
The first night there was a loud party next door, every morning construction in a neighbouring unit started early. However, those are not the fault of the property owner. Water pressure in the shower was weak.

Scarsa pulizia in soggiorno.
