This property was beautiful with every detail carefully, lovingly thought through. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook at home. The space was great. The furniture was comfy and clean. My favorite was relaxing on the screened in porch each night.
The walk to the beach was easy! Pack light because hauling the wagon can be a chore. The one thing I didn’t realize was that there was only a very small space on the beach if you weren’t planning to rent chairs, and the “public” (ie. Not Black Pearl or Rosemary chair rentals) isn’t allowed to set up in the area of the rentals, which is most of the beach.
You really don’t have to leave the community once you have groceries. It’s all in walking distance - great restaurants, ice cream, shopping, coffee.
If you chose to, there are several state parks within 10-15 minutes of the house. We enjoyed Camp Helen State Park and visited Eden Garden.
Rhonda was an excellent host! We talked before I arrived, and she shared about herself and the property as well as tried to get to know a little about my mom and me. It felt like I was talking to a friend. She had a kind card left for us when we arrived. Very sweet and welcoming!
I’ll definitely be back with the rest of my family.

We loved our stay at Rosemary Thyme! Communication with Rhonda was fantastic! You really feel like a guest in her home, not just a vacation renter. Some of our favorite things were the great outdoor space and the fully equipped kitchen. The house is in a fantastic location in Rosemary, very centrally located to Barrett Square, and we made great use of the provided bikes! We rode them all over Rosemary and down to the beach every day. We definitely want to stay here again!

We enjoyed this house. Tons of fans which help dry line drying clothes and help to keep cool. Straight walk to walkover. The home owner responded quickly when I had a few questions prior and during our stay. She is very nice. It is the only place we have stayed in that had sufficient pans including lids, mixing bowls etc. It was comfortable.

We had a fabulous stay at Rhonda’s home. She was so easy to communicate with and very responsive. House was perfect location and had everything you needed! It was so easy to get to the beach with kids with the beach towels, chairs and toys already included for you. There is a wagon to roll everything down to the beach. We enjoyed every minute of the vacay! Thanks so much!

We have stayed at Rosemary for 14 years, and never at the same place, mainly because of poor planning on my part. There really isn’t a bad place to stay there, but this place is special for so many cool reasons.
From the games or spice cabinet to the beach towels, or the bikes and all of the beach accessories it feels like you are staying with a trusted friend who wants to ensure you have everything you need. There are a lot of beautiful, stark white homes in the area, but this felt like they had just spent a month in Bali before they decorated it. So many beautiful textures and colors make you feel like you’re in a tropical paradise. All communication was so genuine and kind, you can tell they are invested in you having a great experience! The location is perfect, I have stayed on both sides of 30 A and unless you are on the beach itself it doesn’t matter. This home is two minutes from ice cream, shopping, and restaurants and a five minute bike ride or 10 minute walk to anything else you could possibly need. The home was exceptionally quiet also, even the adults could sleep in if they wanted to! we will book this home again, without a doubt!

The house was perfect for our adult getaway. What we really loved about the house is all the bedrooms had queen size bed instead of having a room with twin size. It was perfect for three couples we could’ve had more. Rhonda was so helpful and quick answering our questions. we loved the charm and personality of the house.

Rosemary Thyme is cozy, beautiful and wonderfully furnished home and Rhonda is just great! Just 1 minute from Barrett square, less than a mile to Alys Beach and a 3 minute walk to the beach. The beds were comfy and the house is quiet and wonderful! We loved every minute of our stay!! Thank you

What a great community. It was our first trip to Rosemary beach, the teenage boys were the drivers behind the destination. I was originally disappointed I couldn't find a property directly on the beach, it made no difference at all. Picture an adorable European village. Small, tight tree lined streets. Everything perfectly thought out in terms of layout and accessibility. Everyone walking or riding bikes. We parked the car and only used it once to run to the grocery store, which is about a mile away. The house was perfect, everything we needed for our trip was provided. 6-8 beach chairs, 5 bikes and a beach wagon. The savings from those items alone was probably close to $1,000. Rhonda was the perfect host, ensuring we had all of our needs met, she was more then accessible, wasn't bothered at all by questions and replied right away. The kitchen is beyond stocked, every cooking utensil you need is in there somewhere. The community reminds me of being a kid, people out and about, being friendly, shopping, eating, being playful. Oddly enough, one of the best parts of the trip was walking/biking from place to place. Seacrest Sundries, a little mom and pop grocery/general goods store, they have the best chicken strips I've ever eaten. I'm not even a huge fan of those things but these were fantastic. Between the 7 of us I bet we spent $300 on chicken strips for the week. Rosemary beach and the community is a special place, such a great trip.

Rosemary Thyme fit our needs perfectly for a weekend stay. Well appointed, great location within walking distance of everything Rosemary Beach has to offer, perfect gathering spaces both indoors and out, and great extra amenities such as bikes and beach equipment which saves on extra rental fees. Rhonda was a pleasure to correspond with and easily available to answer any and all questions. Check-in and check-out couldn't have been easier. Hope to come again!

Wonderful!
Rhonda is an amazing host. She made she we had everything we needed, and even let us know when we could access the property a half hour early when we were in town earlier than expected with a hot and cranky toddler! We had a beautiful vacation and the location of this home can’t be beat! Steps from ice cream, donuts, coffee, shopping, and of course the beach!

Great hostess and amazing home
What an amazing home with plenty of space for 7. As advertised with so much more…everything you need from a light breakfast to platters and stemware for a luxurious evening in. Wonderful communication with the owner before, during, and after. Guest book on-site confirms what we already knew…we will be staying again! Thank you so much for sharing…we had a great “thyme”.

Magical trip!
This was our family’s first trip to Rosemary Beach and it could not have been more magical. We intentionally packed light for this trip and it worked out great because Rosemary Thyme had everything we could possibly need, including bikes and beach gear. The location was perfect, the fire place was awesome, and we just can’t say enough about our stay. Thank you!
