Benvenuto in "The Avenue", la tua fuga nella tranquillità. Speriamo che ti goda il tuo tempo nel nostro studio, situato tra la macchia e solo 3 minuti in auto da Avoca Beach. Siamo vicini a ristoranti, spiagge, passeggiate panoramiche e attività acquatiche.
The Avenue è un monolocale separato con una grande stanza e un bagno separato su 7 acri. Uno studio completamente privato dove è possibile fare colazione nel patio e rilassarsi al sole del mattino e magari essere visitati da wallaby, cavalli e una varietà di avifauna.
Di una serata rilassati sotto il baldacchino della luce mentre guardi i tramonti colorati mentre ti godi la buca per il fuoco all'aperto.
Accesso privato con ampio parcheggio fuori strada con spazio per barca e roulotte se si desidera una notte di lusso senza allestire il furgone.

We stayed just one night but was a beautiful quiet property. Very clean, nice welcoming host. We enjoyed our night. The property is out of hustle and bustle. Short drive to terrigal and avoca. The owners gorgeous horse walked over to fence to say goodbye to us in the morning!

We stayed here for two nights. Had a very relaxing time. The venue offered everything we needed. All the essentials were provided. Very clean and comfy. And not long to drive to the beaches and restaurants. Thank you for letting us stay.:)

This is a great small home that served us well during our time in Avoca. Just for any future residents looking to book this property, it should be known that this house is a kind of granny flat maybe 20 meters from the main home. Although the host was very respectful of our space and didn’t bother us, we were under the assumption that we would have the whole 7 acre property to ourselves. There is also a noise lockout at 10pm and we were told preferably not to have anyone at the house for drinks (this was on New Year’s Eve). We still very much enjoyed our stay and had a great weekend, we just wish this information was listed on the stayz website. Thanks Ava!

This was an amazing experience! Cute private studio/cabin in a superb location. It was super clean and tidy and extremely peaceful. Did not want to leave!

It was definitely what I was after. We were surrounded by trees and nature! It was very peaceful and very relaxing, away from all the buzz from the city living. Just a really nice place to unwind and take in the surroundings. We were met by a couple of horses upon our arrival which was nice and the sound of birds when you’re waking up and chilling out in the patio in the afternoon.
Overall, it is a really great place to stay at. Highly recommend.

Peaceful and tranquility
It was definitely what I was after. We were surrounded by trees and nature! It was very peaceful and very relaxing, away from all the buzz from the city living. Just a really nice place to unwind and take in the surroundings. We were met by a couple of horses upon our arrival which was nice and the sound of birds when you’re waking up and chilling out in the patio in the afternoon.
Overall, it is a really great place to stay at. Highly recommend.

Clean, Tidy, Stylish and Peaceful
We stayed her for one night and the outlook was just so nice we ended up just buying some groceries from the local shops and cooking dinner over the fire (the hosts provided the fire pit). Everything you need is at this little studio and it was a great place for a get away.
The coffee shop on the way in 'Like Minds' is also a cool cafe with very good coffee.
