Beds spacious rooms.
Parking. Breakfast didn’t have waffle maker and fresh berries for yogurt. My room wasn’t cleaned for me. I was disappointed in that had to call for clean towels and bathroom tissue

Staff were very helpful, friendly and kind. Beds are comfortable, facilities are relatively new and up to date. Gym abd pool are up to date and well equipped.
It is in an industrial location, looks out on an equipment yard. Busy weekend had loud groups late at night. Gym is a great addition, needs better upkeep with wipes and water first thing in the morning.
