האירוח והשירות היו טופ טופ טופ, כל הצוות היה שירותי ברמה גבוהה מאוד, מנהל אחזקת המלון סוניל קומר, היה כמו אמא. כל הזמן דאג ובדק שהכל טוב, הרגשנו עטופים ומפונקים.

Very beautiful and serene property. Hospitality is great. Staff is very courteous,helpful and attentive.Chef Gaurav Sharma is awesome as well as other staff members whom we use to interact on daily basis
Little ahead of McLeod ganj with access via steep road.
Activities’ staff can be more involving when they take the guests out for walk in morning .

The rooms and the service. The staff were very cordial and cooperative, particularly chef Pradeep Rawat! Really impressed by all the staff.

One of the best ones in Himachal so far.
--> A little more open spaces with covers would have been great. But I wouldn't blame the property though because it's monsoon .
--> Some drinks in the mini bar are always a treat. It was empty unfortunately.

Breakfast was average. Waiters don’t revert back after taking oders you have to request repeatedly to them. Location of the hotel is not good

it’s surrounded by too many pine trees , no view of valley also nothing is visible.

Hyatt people have ignored our request of complementary upgrading room..
Although hotel was not fully booked..
It was 60 % vaccate
Monkeys are main problem there You cant sit outside for lunch and breakfast

The food could be better in terms of taste. Parathas were dry, halwa was nearly tasteless and dry.
