has a double room, a bedroom with a bunk bed obtained by a niche behind of mirrored closet doors, a kitchen, a bathroom, a living room and a terrace.
is equipped with linens, towels, dishes, glasses, pots, water kettle, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, hair dryer, automatic coffee machine, radio, satellite tv, air conditioners, washing machine, dishwasher, iron, free wifi and if necessary a baby crib.
just a 10 minute walk from the central pedestrian area, the port, the famous flower market.
is situated 600 meters from the Negresco.
has stunning views over the whole bay from the tip of Cap Ferrat to the airport.
is located in forefront of the sea. in front is the entrance to public and private beaches.
is only 10 minutes from the airport and is well connected with the whole city.

The location of the property is stellar. Quiet building direct facing to the water. Public transportation (bus and tram) are nearby and easy to use. A small grocery store is literally around the corner and decently stocked.Yes it is on a busy road but 4 floors up we did not hear any noise. Listing photos are pretty representative of unit. Communication with host was quick and efficient. Property manager was immediately available when we arrived. There was a small issue with the bathroom plumbing but the owner managed to get it rectified despite it being a holiday weekend- just a mild inconvenience but she was stellar with the communication.

We had a nice stay. The property is everything we expected as we have stayed on the promenade de anglais before. It is a noisy street but the unit has double doors so when they are closed it is very quiet. We love being right across from water. There is a washing machine and drying rack outside which was handy, hang drying is very common in France don’t expect a dryer in most places. Susana the building manager was lovely she got us set up with the parking spot which was very convenient and loaned us beach towels. There’s a grocery store right next door too. The ‘second bedroom’ is a bunk bed in a large closet area so is great for kids our son thought it was fun.

Beautiful view of the sea from this apartment. Caretaker was also very responsive and helpful to our needs. My only critiques are, there should be a renter welcome booklet - with WiFi code, and some basic info for visitors such as closest grocery stores, pharmacy, and info on how to access the train. We were very confused about how to take the train into old town Nice for our tours. I would have appreciated some newer towels as well, they were very scratchy.

An excellent location for an extended stay in Nice area. Grocery store around corner ,tram immediately behind the building, Very easy access to the beach across the street and walking path along the beach. A small but lovely terrace facing the sea. Space very comfortable for a small family, a couple and younger children. Bunkbeds a bit tight for adults and possibly older children. The owner and Susana the local contact were most helpful and accomodating. Would stay there again if in Nice area
