Splendido e nuovo condominio si trova nel mezzo del Arts District di West Broad, vicino al Quirk Hotel, vicino al Jefferson Hotel, al Graduate Hotel e al quartier generale della polizia di Richmond, a pochi minuti da VCU e MCV, con una nuova stazione degli autobus Pulse proprio di fronte. I servizi in condominio includono lavatrice / asciugatrice, aria condizionata, banconi in granito, elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile, pavimenti in cemento lucidato, soffitti alti, nuovo ascensore, accesso sicuro, telecamere a circuito chiuso che monitorano tutti gli ingressi. Se vuoi una posizione privilegiata in centro, non cercare oltre!

I stayed for two weeks as I started a new position in the area and this was a near perfect space in downtown Richmond for that time! Super quiet in the building and little traffic from other tenants. Really cool and unique building that was within walking distance to good food and a couple breweries. Apartment had all the space and amenities to setup for the two weeks. I did not cook much but having the full size appliances especially the fridge was nice. It was definitely a little loud at nights being right on a main road with a bus stop right there, but not enough to bother me too much. I parked in the back and was perfect for the stay. Just needed to renew reservation each morning. I would recommend this place for sure if you want something in downtown.

Host very communicative and helpful. We have stayed here before and also had an overall positive experience. The street noise is nothing the owners can control, but there can be racing cars and maybe motorcycles at night, especially on Friday and Saturdays. I was awoken at 1:30am by such noise. The windows are single pane so maybe storm windows would dampen the sound a little? Otherwise, we had a fine stay.

The man in the music store was great to help us get in and show us everything we needed. The condo is small but looks like the pictures.This is definitely a no frills place to stay. The furniture is old with a very worn sofa. Two thin towel sets for a 3 night stay. Two bottles of water. No extra anything.The floors obviously don't get cleaned regularly ,we discovered pretty quickly that we had to wear shoes in the condo to keep the bottoms of our feet from being black. The worst part of our stay was the noise. The bedroom faces the street.The noise from the street goes on all night. It seems to be a thing to race your loud car or motorcycle up & down Broad St in the middle of the night. We got very little sleep during our 3 night stay.The building itself smells like one big ashtray. And the neighborhood is pretty seedy after dark. The location worked well for what we were doing, but we would never want to stay there again.
