No eran comodas las camas Tardaba mucho e llegar el agua caliente a la habitación Baño con oxido

It rained and water flooded the room where I was staying. It happened 3 nights in a row. I had to use the bath towels to soak the water from the floor. In 3 days my room didn't have any maintenance. Didn't pick up the trash, neither did the bed. I asked why and I was told that they didn't have a copy key of the room.

Definitely the location. Easy to get anywhere. Super close to my parent's house.

No hot water on demand. They have solar heaters. I had to take cold showers in the winter, not pleasant at all. The bed was too hard for me.

It was decent but not our type of stay we are use to. Even though staff was nice enough o let us stay one night as my credit cards weren’t going through with there system.

The property looks different in pictures and what I didn’t like was that all my credit cards and debit cards weren’t working with there system when we arrived at 2am.
