You can drive to Gardaland in 10 minutes. House vas very clean and well equipped apartment. Garden is Aldo clean and usable to rest or have your own breakfast.

The appartement seemed to be freshly renovated. The old villa walls nicely blended in with modern design. The location was in the towns center. A/C made our stay very comfortable despite hot weather. Responsive personal.
When we arrived, there was a strong smell of mold. There was a puddle of water in the living room, coming from one of the walls. Mold was in living room and kitchen. Towels were missing. There was old food in the kitchen cabinets. I reached out to the landlord and She was very responsive, which was good. However, none of the points above is something you want to see after 13 hours of travel.
