Well maintained 5-bedroom house with plenty of room. Large bedrooms, Open concept living area with a dining area easily capable of for 8 people. Great deck going the length of the front house with a view of a salt pond and beautiful sunsets. All my favorite beaches and restaurants within minutes or others 15 minutes away or so. Great for families or adults. Very quiet neighborhood. I once owned in Narragansett and then rented. Have vacationed there for over 50 years. This place is a gem, especially with responsive owners who take pride in their home. Definitely would like to go back.

Great location, good value, and great communication with the owner. Worked perfectly for our group (two families with multiple kids 4-8yrs old). Will definitely look to return next year.

Great stay. Great place.

Great location, but the property itself is not kept up. While it was relatively clean, the home was not well appointed, with very little furniture or comforts of a home to enjoy (e.g., no bedside tables or lamps in any of the rooms). We were very concerned about the safety of the deck, which was extremely unstable and bouncy. We had children in our group and I was very very concerned that the balcony was going to fall the entire week. Windows and window frames were broken in many of the rooms due to rot and the subfloors in bathrooms were compromised and bouncing. If you are just looking for a crash pad, this is a good spot, but I would just want to let other families know of some of the safety concerns we noted.
