Calm, Clean, comfortable bed, fantastic pool view, friendly staff, pleasant hotel environments, good breakfast . There is a shopping mall and pizzeria nearby to buy foods , fruits, sun cream,… Pool water was so clean and checked by life guards regularly ( it was a little cold and good to be warmer). Good Gym facilities.

There was no kettle,tea or coffee in the room initially, but after I requested, they sent a tray with tea and coffee, sufficient for our two-night stay. No bathtub 🛀 in our superior room. Dinner open buffet 35€ , expensive . If you have no car , it is a little complicated for you to reach there: there is a bus number 130 from bus station in Cagliari which the last one is departing at 9pm . Otherwise you have to pay 60€ or more for a taxi to reach there. Receptionist told me that there is a station near the shopping centre called commercial centre 1, but when we took the bus 130, it doesn’t stop there and took us farther then we had to walk 10 to 15 minutes back to the hotel. Kindly notice that we had not any suitcases, traveled with 2 bag packs. If you have a big luggage, have to carry it for a long distance to reach to the hotel location . For return to Cagliari it was a misguided too. There is a station near the shopping centre but receptionist sent us to the same far station. After that we got the bus we saw it was stopped one street back of Main Street near the beach in front of the shopping centre which we could take the bus from there. But we walked a lot to reach to that farther station .( It sounds receptionists have a wrong information about the route of this bus and guided us opposite) There is a beach called Capoterra nearby but it was not clean with blue water like images. Could not swim in the sea at all.

Excellent breakfast buffet and evening buffet very good value too as quality very high.

Nice pool and surroundings, varied breakfast, very good air conditioning and large room. Regular cleaning of rooms and plenty of towels.

The ambience, privacy of each room provided by a small garden, and the efficient and warm welcome at the reception.

No freshly made juice only packed juice ( general country problem) available during dinner and breakfast service.

Quiet and great location to reach the beautiful beaches south west of Cagliari avoiding the stress to pass through the center. Big rooms and comfortable bedding. Good breakfast and dinner too!

Beautiful pool and gardens. Rooms were kept very clean & tidy

We reported fridge not working, but nothing seemed to happen. Evening meal option was only buffet. We were not expecting this, as had seen the wonderful social media posts on a couple of occasions before our arrival, sharing menu items. Due to the hotels location, there were not many other options for dining out.

Quiet small (80 rooms) hotel set in expansive grounds, mostly lawn and trees. One big swimming pool kept in top condition. Ample sun beds. Local supermarket very good. We were out of season, so some local bars were either closed or preparing to open. House keeping very good with the rooms kept very clean (particular thanks to Caterina) Our room, 38, had a pool view and South aspect, that was very good. Ample food at breakfast. Local bus service good with full details provided by the reception staff. Location, yes it is remote but you know that when you book it we were very happy with it. Our room is top left in photo Very comfortable 🛌 bed This review takes into account the price we paid that on reflection was very good value. Not forgetting the resident 🐈 cat that is totally deaf We hired a car for a few days and also used the train just to see more of Sardinia ⁹

Very little really, we would mark down the dinner arrangement ie fixed price buffet at :€29 . When you don't have a large appetite it's a bit annoying to pay that for one plate of food. We only used it three times in 14 nights. Bed had only one bedside locker/light, both sides please..

The pool are was beautiful and ver well taken care of also very professional and kind staff.

The decor is a bit run-down, and the food wasn't great. Only buffet option available for breakfast & dinner. Breakfast was alright but not great. Dinner... For a 29€ buffet menu I would expect much more variety and quality. It wasn't worth it in my oppinion.
