Excellent location though there are a lot of stairs to drag your suitcase up and down. Great room and lovely, friendly staff. Nice little pool although the weather wasn’t the best so didn’t get to use it.

It would have been nice if there was an option for breakfast. Other than that it was great.

Lovely friendly helpful staff, very clean hotel in all areas. Good location for walking into the main square yet nice and peaceful. Sweet Pop team arranged transfers very smoothly for us and gave good advice on where to eat and what to see.

Not much outdoor space but that is the same for most properties in this area of town. Our room didn't have the afternoon sun on the balcony.

The hotel and room is super clean. Love the color and decor, simple but very pleasant. It has everything we needed. We had a balcony with a good view. On checkout, we were grateful that the owner was able to offer us, a faster means to the main road.

Like most hotels in the island, there are many steps to reach the hotel, not for people with knee problem.

The location is good, clean, good view from window. Lots of eaters along the road and small supermarket down the road. Bus station is near by and few tour agents where you can book your day tour.

Have to walk steps all the way down and it a bit difficult with the luggage. But still manageable, because I believed everywhere is the same in Santorini.

The property was very easy to find and the location was fab! Upon arrival they upgraded my stay which was amazing (I’ve never had that happen before). I found the receptionists to be super friendly and they would even greet me by name. The room was super clean and the balcony with the view of the sea was incredible!

Everything is perfect from the facilities of property till the staff (double thumbs up to house keeping) very commendable all of them are accommodating. also, Savi and Popi is sweet heart 💕😘. There's a swimming pool at the property which we really loved 😍😍🥰. The location is perfect it's in the center of Fira. All are walking distance and close to Public bus. Highly recommend. See you again sweet Popi. Fighting 💪💪

The location was very good, it was a very short walk to Centre of Fira. The reception gave us the map of santorini it was very helpful for us.

They cleaned our room the first day but other days they did not clean. Also, they did not charge shampoo and shower gel.

Beautiful room with lovely views to the east looking down over the island. Wonderful sun rises and lovely balcony that catches the sun until around 11am. Air conditioning was very efficient and kept the room to a perfect temperature. The staff were fantastic and offered lots of advice on places to go and things to see. I really appreciated their hospitality around checkout, allowing us to leave our bags and use their pool. They also have an external shower to use to freshen up before you leave.

A slight walk from the centre, shower cubicle is quite small. Fridge was slightly too small to get big bottles of water in to cool down. Bedside drawers would be useful to store things in. Otherwise it's very difficult to criticize

Popi, the hostess is extremely accommodating and provided excellent service. The staff are very helpful and go out of their way to help their guests.

Popi was really awesome helping check in earlier as well as helping us / telling us how to get around.

The owner, Popi, was really friendly and helpful with any information we needed about the island. She made sure that our room (standard room) was clean and there was cleaning service every day. The property had a clean swimming pool as well and it was quiet with all the necessary amenities in the room. We totally recommend it and we look forward to staying there again next time we visit Santorini.

very clean, nice pool, and the friendliest staff we’ve had in 2 months of traveling through Europe. The staff helped us with taxi transport to and from the boat port, caldera tours and ATV rental which made our stay very easy and smooth.

there’s not much to dislike about Sweet Pop. the location is central in Fira with an easy walk to the town square, however there is no caldera view since it is on the east side of the town. if a caldera view from your room is not necessary, Sweet Pop is the best stay in Fira.

The room was fantastic and Popi was incredibly helpful and welcoming during our stay.
