The location of the hotel, it is closer to anemities

The shower was too small, the toilet had a leak. We waited for the Iron for 3 hrs and we missed our appointment

We loved the warm welcome and we're happy to arrive and receive usher service in the middle of CT seeing that we have 2 minors.

We were excited to spend some time at the pool with the kids after a long warm day only to arrive at an empty hole. Please inform guests beforehand that there is currently maintenance happening. The restaurant might have to look into a kids option for lunch and dinner. We had dinner and could hardly eat with the smell of marijuana. I'm no Karen and never complain but that was hectic and I feel that management can do something about the person standing in front of the door smoking a massive joint. The Aircon wasn't working. My husband luckily figured out that it was completely frozen and had to heat it before using the cold option. I asked for a cot which was confirmed with my booking but none was provided. At that stage we just wanted to relax and unwind after a long day of travel. The room selected said bath and shower but it only had a shower. Thank you to the person bringing a plastic tub for my baby to bath in. The biggest let down was the noise. The music went on for hours making it impossible to sleep and waking my baby up.

Staff are amazing and extremely accomodating!!! Great location as it's literally on Long street and right next to the red bus office and bus stop.

Their rooms are small and when you select Rooms facing the market rather select the twin bed option as the double bed is actually quite small and build in side pedestals are far from the bed so it makes charging whilst being on your phone lying on the bed not achievable unless you've brought an extention. And then BATHROOM is EXTREMELY TINY so if you're a fuller figure person you WILL DEFINITELY STRUGGLE using the bathroom unfortunately They serve the SAME food buffet for breakfast EVEY SINGLE DAY...so if it's you've booked for a couple of days then you will not look forward to breakfast after 2/3 days The pool is actually a bath, literally so don't bother going to the pool. The gym is a complete joke so don't bother And lastly as a South African, I'm already used to hawkers and markets so had I known before booking that there's a WHOLE market full of stalls right outside the hotel - I would NOT HAVE BOOKED THERE....
