The room was lovely and clean, friendly reception and nice hot, powerful shower. Comfy bed and great aircon. Was nice to have a fridge, and an iron and ironing board. Excellent location also.
We were woken by the fire alarm on our 2nd night at around 1am (faulty alarm) and if it wasn't making a noise it was constantly flashing bright red, this happened for about 30 mins.and we couldn't get to sleep until about 4am. Would have been nice if we were offered some compensation/apology/ or a night free next time or then and there.

It was quiet except when the fire alarm kept going off at 1:30 am. The bathroom and shower were nice
Didn't like the fire alarm going off at 1:30 am. Should get a refund for the annoyance.
Also didn't"t like how small the room was. Could barely get around the bed and the refridgerator was not cold.

I am still waiting, after almost three months and a continuing credit card investigation, to receive the refund for my deposit. The manager sent an email saying that it was refunded, but if it was, it was not refunded to my credit card which was the only form of payment that I used. Just a caution in terms of leaving a deposit.
