Location Relatively well priced for pricy London Kitchenette

A bit bare bones

The staff were very nice and welcoming. The location is within walking distance of Paddington Station, though a bit of a trek. The room was clean and well-equipped with its own kitchen and microwave.

Our room is on the 4th floor, in the attic to be exact. However, the lift only goes up to the 3rd floor, so we had to drag our heavy luggages up the stairs.

Room was spotlessly clean, spacious and had all the facilities you'd need. Housekeeping service daily and couldn't fault it at all. Reception staff pleasant and welcoming. Good shower and can I add the toilet paper was better quality than I've found in the more expensive hotels lately! Location was great, just an 8 to 10 minute walk to Tube stations. Would recommend visiting the Bayswater area for breakfast / brunch. Lovely part of London which felt generally safe to walk around, and was very quiet at night.

One small issue - there are no black out blinds / curtains, but if you bring an eye mask it won't be a problem. Another thing that we were prepared for as we'd done our research - you may need to carry your suitcase up flights of stairs as the lift does not reach every level. Will be an issue if you have mobility problems.
